Instead, it requires the ability to structure, automate, and operationalize security data and indicators defined by governance and security teams.\n The Security Reporting & Automation Analyst is responsible for industrializing security governance reporting and control monitoring, ensuring consistency, automation, and data quality across the organization.\nSecurity Reporting & Dashboards\nDesign, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for security governance, risk, compliance, and control reporting.\nTranslate security and governance requirements into clear, structured KPIs, metrics, and indicators.\nEnsure reporting is accurate, repeatable, auditable, and management-ready (CISO, IT management, committees).\nData Collection & Automation\nAutomate data collection from multiple sources (security tools, CMDB, vulnerability platforms, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, APIs).\nDevelop Power Automate flows, scripts, and orchestration mechanisms to reduce manual reporting and controls.\nMaintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity and traceability.\nScripting & Advanced Automation\nUse Python and/or other scripting languages to: Process and normalize data\nPerform consistency checks and aggregations\nGenerate intermediate datasets or automated reports\n\nInteract with APIs and structured data sources to support reporting and governance use cases.\nGovernance & Control Support\nSupport the Security Governance team by operationalizing control frameworks into measurable indicators.\nMaintain automated or semi-automated control monitoring mechanisms (e.g. evidence collection, status tracking).\nContribute to inspection manuals and documentation from a tooling and automation perspective.\nStakeholder Interaction\nWork closely with security governance, IT teams, and control owners to understand reporting needs.\nSupport preparation of governance committees, audits, and management reviews through reliable reporting.\nAct as a technical enabler, not a policy owner.\n Required experience & competencies\nCore Experience\n3-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Reporting & dashboards\nData analytics\nAutomation / orchestration\nIT or security data analysis\n\nProven experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards).\nStrong experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.\nPractical experience with Python or equivalent scripting languages.\nExperience working with structured and semi-structured data, APIs, and multiple data sources.\nSecurity Knowledge (Basic / Functional)\nBasic understanding of information security concepts, such as: Security controls\nVulnerability management\nRisk and compliance indicators\n\nAbility to understand and apply security requirements defined by others, without being a security expert.\nNo deep technical security implementation skills required.\nTechnical & Data Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to structure unclear requirements into clear data models and metrics.\nAttention to data quality, consistency, and documentation.\nComfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and proactively.\nStructured, methodical, and improvement-oriented mindset.\nTeam player with a service-oriented approach.\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:\no Computer Science\no Information Systems\no Data Analytics\no Engineering\no Or a related field","description_format":"text","description_chars":4183,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Bakery & Pastry","Reinsurance"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T08:00:07Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
