You will be based in Zurich and report to the Co-Head of Sales.\n Support the local senior sales team, in cooperation with the Client Service team in Paris, specifically:\nPrepare investment reports, periodic and ad-hoc\n\nHelp with questionnaires from clients and consultants\n\nOrganize meetings and events, internal and with clients\n\nAnswer phone calls and e-mails and deputize senior sales managers in their absence\n\nHelp feed the CRM tool, where all client activities are logged\n\nBusiness analyses:\nBusiness development activity (using the CRM tool)\n\nCompetitor analyses (multiple sources)\n\nInvestment cases (multiple sources)\n\n Required experience & competencies\nGood understanding of financial markets, institutional investing and major asset classes, including fixed income, private debt, infrastructure and alternative investments.\n\nFocus on understanding and meeting client needs. Strong interest in business development, client relationship management and sales activities.\n\nKeen to learn and eager to continuously develop financial, commercial and relationship management skills.\n\nBasic understanding of institutional portfolio construction and Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) concepts is desirable.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.\n\nTeam player with a high level of curiosity, energy and commitment.\n\nProficient in MS Office applications.\n\nLanguage skills: German, English and French.\n\nRequired Education \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
