We’re on track to become the global leader in sports media, and this is definitely the best time to join our adventure.\nRole Overview\nAs our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be ScorePlay’s only recruiter, with full ownership of how we find, assess and hire the people who fuel our growth. You’ll work directly with the founders and every hiring manager, and you’ll see the impact of each hire on the business.\nThe bar is high, and you own it. We’d rather keep a seat open than fill it with the wrong person, and we count on you to hold every hiring manager to that standard, from engineers in Europe to sellers in the US.\nMost of your week is running searches with a sales mindset: sourcing, screening, closing. The rest is making them work better, with sharper funnel data, better hiring-manager habits and smarter use of AI.\nThis is a hands-on, high-impact IC role for a strong generalist recruiter with solid sourcing experience in tech environments, who combines execution with data and process rigor. Experience hiring technical profiles is a big plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nHiring Execution: Run 4 to 6 searches at a time across tech, product and go-to-market, from role definition and sourcing through screening, interview coordination and closing. This is where most of your time goes.\n\nProactive Sourcing & Pipelines: Go after candidates directly rather than waiting for inbound, and build relationships with strong engineering and commercial profiles before roles open.\n\nFunnel Data: Track response rates, conversion by stage, time to fill and offer declines in our ATS, keep the data clean, and use it to show hiring managers where a search is stuck and what to change.\n\nHiring Quality & Manager Accountability: Run and improve our structured interviews, scorecards and debriefs, and hold hiring managers to the standards we agreed on.\n\nRecruiting Productivity & AI: Test automation and AI to save time on sourcing, screening prep and candidate communication. Measure time saved and quality kept, not the number of tools deployed.\n\nCandidate Experience & Employer Brand: Make every candidate journey sharp and human, from first message to offer, and help leadership and marketing grow ScorePlay’s visibility as an employer.\n\nKey Requirements\nExperience: 4+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing, ideally in fast-scaling tech companies. Technical hiring experience is a big plus.\n\nSourcing Expertise: Proven ability to identify and engage niche talent, with a track record of successful outreach and conversions.\n\nData-Driven Recruiting: Comfortable using funnel metrics (conversion, time to fill, offer acceptance) to diagnose issues and influence hiring managers’ decisions.\n\nStructured Hiring: Experience running structured interviews and scorecards, and holding hiring managers to agreed standards.\n\nBuilder Mindset & AI: Curious and hands-on with AI and automation. You try new ways of working and keep what actually makes you faster or better.\n\nCollaboration Skills: Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and guide them to sharper decisions.\n\nCommunication: Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level where you can lead calls and close candidates with ease.
