In this role, you will manage and continuously improve day-to-day HR operations, provide timely and reliable support to employees, and help build scalable processes for our growing international team.\nYou will focus on delivering a smooth employee experience, optimizing workflows, maintaining HR systems and documentation, and driving automation initiatives. You will ensure that HR operations are accurate, compliant, well-structured and easy to scale.\nThis is an ideal role for someone who enjoys supporting people, bringing structure to complex processes and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.\nYour Responsibilities:\nManage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal changes, employee documentation and offboarding.\n\nEnsure HR processes and documentation comply with Cyprus labor law, applicable regulations and internal company policies.\n\nDevelop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, checklists, templates and other internal documentation.\n\nIdentify process gaps, operational risks and opportunities to standardize, optimize and automate HR workflows, systems, tools and integrations.\n\nEnsure accurate employee data management across HR systems, trackers and internal tools, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.\n\nPrepare HR reports, track operational metrics, provide data for internal decision-making and guide employees and managers on established HR policies and processes.\n\nSupport the implementation of scalable HR solutions and continuously improve operational efficiency and employee experience.\n\nCollaborate with Legal, Finance, Recruitment, Administration and other internal teams on HR-related matters and cross-functional projects.\n\nWhat We Expect:\n2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration, with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and Cypriot employment law.\n\nExperience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob is a strong advantage), Excel or Google Sheets, with confidence in handling HR data, reports and spreadsheets.\n\nExperience implementing automations and optimizing repetitive workflows.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.\n\nWhat we offer:\nA team of professionals with a passion
