Scorpios is now looking to build a highly dedicated team to drive the brand to its highest potential.\nJob Description\nThe Construction Project Coordinator is the information engine of the site: based full-time in Mykonos within the owner’s Delivery team, the role feeds the project management platform with site data, documents and registers, consolidates the weekly site reporting, and keeps the administrative backbone of the delivery team running.\nOpportunities For All\nScorpios was created to bring diverse communities of people together, and we take the same approach when building our teams. We therefore encourage applications from all genders, races, religions, ages and sexual orientations, as well as parents, veterans, people living with disabilities, and any other groups that could bring diverse perspectives to our business.\nKey Responsibilities\nFeed the project management platform (ingenious.build) from site: progress data, documents, registers and records.\nConsolidate the weekly site report for the Delivery Director and the PD office.\nAdminister the project registers: risks, decisions, documents, correspondence and drawings.\nRecord minutes and actions of the weekly site meeting and the design coordination outputs relevant to site.\nSupport permits and licences tracking together with the permits team.\nMaintain the correspondence log with the General Contractor and subcontractors.\nKeep the site progress-photo library and daily records organised per the project filing rules.\nSupport health & safety documentation and site access records.\nKey Performance Indicators\nPM platform data current - site data entered within 24 hours\nWeekly site report issued complete and on time\nRegisters audit-ready at all times\nSite meeting minutes and actions issued within 24 hours\nQualifications\n2-5 years of experience in site administration or project coordination on construction projects.\nFluent Greek and good working English.\nSolid Microsoft Office skills; experience with construction management platforms is a plus.\nOrganised, reliable and comfortable working in a live construction site environment.\nBased in, or willing to relocate to, Mykonos.\nBenefits\nScorpios provides a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
