In this role you will:\nLead technology operations support for the Crypto Security Platform, resolving complex technical challenges to ensure platform security and resilience.\nServe as a Level 3 escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the Crypto Security Platform.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including self-service libraries, best practices, configuration runbooks, playbooks, and incident/problem management guides.\nSupport operational activities such as change request creation, server patching, software currency upgrades, regression testing, and Disaster Backup & Recovery (DBR) testing.\nLead implementations across production and non-production environments by developing implementation checklists and executing hands-on systems integration for Crypto Platforms, including HSM devices.\nDemonstrate personal accountability for assigned projects, initiatives, and daily operations, consistently delivering results with minimal guidance.\nFoster a positive work environment with highly motivated individuals focused on reducing risk within the bank.\nCollaborate closely with Product and Capabilities Engineers to provide technical support for solutions in steady-state operations.\nProvide technical mentorship to Senior Associate Crypto Platform Engineers, sharing best practices for working with Crypto Operations and Application teams.\nSupport audit, compliance, and IT risk teams in remediating risk-related issues.\nDrive continuous, iterative improvements across team processes and procedures, aligning with the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture. \nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:\n5+ years of hands-on technical operations working experience in implementation and deployment of complex or large-scale applications/systems/platforms in an enterprise and financial setting.\nHands-on technical working experience in programming languages such as (by not limited to) Java, bash, and PowerShell.\nWorking knowledge of software development lifecycle and tools including JIRA, Bitbucket (Git), and Confluence.\nAbility to apply security principles to crypto platforms and solutions to meet IT standards, methodologies, key management regulations, and audit requirements.\nWorking knowledge and experience in crypto engineering and platforms, key management practices, as well as good knowledge of other information security domains.\nWorking knowledge of business analysis technology (PowerBI, Excel).\nExcellent communication (verbal/written/presentation), negotiating, and interpersonal skills with the ability to summarize material for senior management in English.
