This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce development, CI/CD, automation, and platform reliability, and plays a critical role in enabling fast, safe, and scalable Salesforce releases in an enterprise environment.\nThe ideal candidate has hands on experience with Salesforce metadata deployments, DevOps tooling, and environment strategy, and can collaborate effectively with developers, admins, QA, and security teams.\nIs this role right for you? In this role, you will:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Git based workflows\nManage multi environment release strategies (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre Prod, Prod)\nCoordinate scheduled releases, hotfixes, and emergency deployments\nEnsure deployment activities follow audit, security, and compliance standards\nManage Salesforce metadata lifecycle using source control (Git)\nHandle sandbox strategy (creation, refresh, data masking)\nResolve deployment conflicts related to:\no Profiles and Permission Sets\no Record Types & Page Layouts\no Flows, Apex, and dependencies\nRecommend best practices to reduce deployment failures and rework\nPartner with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and Platform teams\nProvide guidance on DevOps friendly Salesforce design patterns\nDocument release processes, runbooks, and rollback procedures\nSupport audit and change management requirements\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
