In this role, you will:\nChampion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.\nContribute to the objectives and scope of crypto security products (e.g. certificates, secrets, key management, post-quantum cryptography, etc.), clearly outline the problems, and risks it's solving.\nContribute the product strategy, including vendor recommendation, contract management, MVP and rollout plan.\nContribute to product vision roadmaps and facilitates communication on roadmap progress with Cryptography management and stakeholders.\nCreate user stories in the product backlog, new features, and enhancements.\nFacilitate forums and prepares the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions.\nContribute to business cases based on the roadmap and priority, aligns with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model.\nTrack overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach.\nContribute to transformational crypto programs such as the Post Quantum Cryptography committee.\nUnderstand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.\nActively pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.\nChampion a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.\nAdvanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English.
