Background Commercial Banking CRM Engineering is responsible for implementing and enhancing Commercial Banking client programs built on the Salesforce platform. Selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions for the onboarding of a new business line into the existing Commercial Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and custom applications. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms.
