You will provide technical leadership across large, complex initiatives, with a strong focus on Azure, Databricks, and modern data engineering technologies. This role partners closely with architects, product owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high performing data solutions that drive business outcomes.\nIs this role right for you? In this role you will:\n\nLead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytical workloads\nAct as a technical authority for data engineering best practices, performance optimization, security, and reliability\nDrive delivery across large, multi-year, enterprise programs, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and strategic roadmaps\nMentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical decision-making\nCollaborate with enterprise architecture, platform, security, and risk teams to ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and resiliency standards\nSupport platform modernization, cloud migration, and legacy technology decommissioning initiatives\nInfluence and continuously improve engineering standards, reusable patterns, and shared capabilities across the Data & AI ecosystem\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
