Our engineering teams work in a highly collaborative environment, solving complex problems with modern technologies and strong engineering discipline.\nWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building high quality software across both backend and frontend stacks, and who enjoys working end to end-from API design to user experience.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a hands on contributor responsible for designing, building, and operating full stack solutions that support critical digital and MarTech capabilities. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software.\nIs This Role Right for You? In This Role, You Will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java, following modern API and microservice patterns.\nBuild responsive and maintainable frontend applications using TypeScript and JavaScript (modern frameworks such as React or Angular).\nCollaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into well-designed technical solutions.\nWrite clean, testable, and well-documented code across the full stack.\nParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision-making.\nEnsure applications meet security, performance, and reliability standards.\nIntegrate with third-party and internal systems using RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns.\nSupport production systems, including troubleshooting issues and contributing to root-cause analysis.\nContinuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and development workflows.\nMentor junior developers and contribute positively to team culture.\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
