Our group consists of several agile teams working closely together to deliver, support, and maintain the client and account onboarding systems to provide the best client experience.\nThe team is searching for a client-focused full stack engineer who is motivated to design and develop components of enterprise applications and providing consultative guidance on all project assignments. You will work as part of a team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches business requirements. You will be asked to implement various aspects of design and development while working with architects, developers, key business stakeholders, various technical support teams across the Bank, regulatory and compliance groups, and senior leadership.\nIs this role right for you? In this role you will:\nDesign, develop, test, and implement scalable, performant, and secure full-stack applications for internal and external-facing systems.\nWork across the stack using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot, building microservices and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers.\nIntegrate solutions with RESTful APIs, event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Google Pub/Sub), and multiple systems across the bank.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions following Agile methodologies.\nContribute to CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and deployment strategies.\nEnsure security-first principles in all development, including secure API design, encryption, and identity management.\nParticipate in code reviews, provide feedback, and follow established coding standards and best practices.\nTroubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
