This includes the centralized provisioning of user identities, the user accounts linked to those identities, management of privileged access, as well as the selection and integration of identity management tools.\nThe Role:\nThe incumbent is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank’s information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy, availability, and continuity by:\nEnsuring logical access control is effectively implemented across the Enterprise\nAddressing logical access and risks commensurate with the Bank’s risk appetite \nProviding support for logical access such as AD, Microsoft Entra, LDAP, workstation local admin, vFilers, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e. SOD) etc. for applications and platforms\nSupporting the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls\nIs this role right for you? In this role, you will:\nWork with business stakeholders in order to define and document Logical Access Control Matrices and related documents.\nContinuously, provides value and consistency added to the user and customer experience by improvising workflows associated with bank’s onboarding and Logical Access platforms\nPerform required tasks for Logical Access Control; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Management including access request, access provision/deprovision, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures, etc.\nReview and resolve IDM conflicts\nProcess Add/remove/change activities, and provide support on access issues for:\nScotiaID and Windows ID (Active Directory)\nSecurity Groups (AD On-Prem and MS Entra)\nGID LDAP Groups\nService Accounts\nLAA Access\nLocal Workstation Administration\n\nUtilize troubleshooting skills to understand moderately complex systems/issues, and potential root causes\nLiaise with 2nd and 3rd level support when required\nProvide reports and data, as requested, for audits and walkthroughs of internal controls ILM owned processes\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
