Acting as the critical liaison between Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams, the incumbent will lead requirements discovery, process optimization, target-state design, and solution delivery for complex front-to-back transformation initiatives.\nThis role will be instrumental in the modernization of the bank's FX technology landscape, including migration from legacy platforms to strategic target-state solutions such as Murex and related ecosystem applications.\nThe successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of the FX trade lifecycle, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nIs this role right for you? In this role you will:\nLead workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders.\nElicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements.\nProduce high-quality:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)\nFunctional Specification Documents (FSDs)\nUser Stories\nProcess Maps\nData Flow Diagrams\nBusiness Rules Documentation\n\nManage requirements traceability from inception through implementation.\nPerform impact assessments and gap analyses across current and future-state processes.\nSupport enterprise transformation programs including:Trading platform modernization\nWSS to Murex migration\nFX Operations automation\nRegulatory and compliance initiatives\nISO20022 adoption\n\nDefine target operating models and future-state business processes.\nAssist in migration planning, cutover activities, and business readiness assessments.\nFX Domain & Process Expertise and Provide subject matter expertise across Front Office (FX Spot, FX Forward, FX Swap, NDF, FX Options) Middle Office (Trade capture, Trade validation, Lifecycle event management, P&L and Risk reporting) and Back Office (Confirmations, Settlements, SWIFT messaging, Accounting events, Nostro reconciliation, Regulatory reporting)\nSolution Design & Delivery Support\nWork closely with Solution Architects and Development teams to define technology solutions.\nFacilitate design discussions and assess technology options.\nSupport API and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems.\nReview solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.\nTesting & Implementation\nDefine SIT and UAT strategies.\nCreate and review test cases and test scenarios.\nCoordinate business testing activities.\nValidate delivered functionality against requirements.\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
