In addition, the team supports key risk management capabilities spanning Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Counterparty Credit, Operational, and Non-Financial Risk domains.\nOur mandate is to deliver resilient, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that support business growth, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.\nThe Role\nThe Senior Manager, Treasury Technology Delivery & Platforms is responsible for leading the technology strategy, delivery, and operational support of the Treasury Technology portfolio. This includes ownership of both internally developed applications and enterprise vendor platforms supporting Treasury and Risk functions.\nThe successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, regulatory programs, platform modernization efforts, cloud transformations, and operational support services. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical expertise, financial management, vendor management, and business partnership capabilities.\nThe ideal candidate brings significant experience within large financial institutions, preferably a major Canadian bank, and has successfully led teams responsible for application development, packaged software implementation, cloud based on business value, regulatory commitments, risk considerations, and resource availability.\nImplement strong governance practices including financial oversight, dependency management, issue objectives.\nFinancial & Vendor Management\nOwn and manage the Treasury Technology portfolio budget, including operating and capital expenditures.\nDrive financial planning, forecasting, resource optimization, and cost management activities.\nManage vendor relationships, software licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and service-level commitments.\nNegotiate vendor contracts and renewal agreements to maximize value while minimizing risk and cost.\nProvide financial insights and portfolio recommendations to senior leadership.\nApplication Development, Platform Engineering & Integration\nOversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Treasury applications and services.\nLead implementation, configuration, customization, onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of third-party vendor platforms and packaged software solutions.\nManage application lifecycle activities including upgrades, release management, patching, vendor coordination, and platform modernization.\nEnsure seamless integration across Treasury platforms, risk systems, data platforms, middleware, and enterprise services.\nDrive adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, resiliency, and cloud-native design principles.\nPartner with Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to deliver highly available and secure platforms.\nRegulatory Reporting & Compliance\nDeliver technology capabilities supporting regulatory reporting obligations across Canadian, U.S., and international markets.\nBuild and enhance solutions supporting Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Structural Interest Rate Risk (SIRR), and liquidity monitoring programs.\nSupport U.S. regulatory reporting initiatives including FR 2052a and other liquidity and treasury reporting requirements.\nEnable automation of stress-testing, scenario analysis, liquidity forecasting, and regulatory reporting processes.\nEnsure strong controls, auditability, data lineage, and governance standards for regulatory submissions.\nPartner with Compliance, Audit, processes, operational controls, automation, and platform performance.\nMonitor and manage operational risk, technology risk, audit findings, and remediation activities.\nCloud & Technology and continuous learning across the organization.\nDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.\nMaster's degree or relevant industry certifications are considered an asset.\nExperience\n10+ years of progressive experience in software development, systems integration, platform engineering, or technology delivery.\nMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technology teams and large-scale technology initiatives.\nProven experience working within large financial institutions, preferably major Canadian banks.\nStrong experience leading multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and complex enterprise programs.\nDemonstrated experience implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise vendor platforms and packaged software solutions.\nExperience managing application onboarding, platform upgrades, production support,
