Coordinating supply across external warehouses, tolling partners and intercompany locations, you’ll help maintain accurate inventory, proactively manage supply risks and ensure continuity of supply.\nWorking closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, suppliers and logistics partners, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end flow of raw materials and respond proactively to changing requirements. You’ll also provide flexible support to production scheduling during peak and holiday periods, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on broader planning responsibilities over time. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact on our supply chain while building your career within a wider planning environment.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage external warehouse capacity, stock movements and call-offs to support production demand.\nPlan and maintain raw material orders, working closely with Procurement to manage supply and delivery requirements.\nCoordinate intercompany and toller material orders, ensuring quantities and delivery dates meet production needs.\nMonitor inventory levels, shortages and supply risks, identifying and escalating issues before they impact production.\nLead inventory reporting, SLOB reduction and COMAH-related stock management to maintain accurate and compliant inventory.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExperience in material planning, inventory management or materials coordination.\n\nExperience using MRP/ERP systems.\n\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on data and inventory accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing production requirements.\n\nProactive problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nDesirable:\nKnowledge or experience of COMAH or other regulated inventory environments.\nWhy join us?\nAt Scott Bader, we’re proud to be an employee-owned business where our colleagues share in our success and help shape the future of the company.
