We also work collaboratively with our partners and stakeholders to contribute to a wealthier, fairer, greener and more resilient Scotland.\nAs an employer we offer a truly unique opportunity to be part of our team, help us realise our vision and contribute to safeguarding our heritage and ensuring our canals flourish now and in the future.\nAbout the Role\nWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Co-ordinator to join our Procurement team in Glasgow or Falkirk.\nThe role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, working full-time with flexible working arrangements available for discussion. Contracted weekly hours are to be confirmed by the People Team.\nPrimary responsibilities of the role:\n· Manage smaller tendering opportunities\n· Maintain the contracts register, work planner and SharePoint channels\n· Manage the procurement mailbox and calendar\n· Support tender and contract documentation, evaluation and award\n· Provide procurement data and reporting\n· Support supplier and stakeholder engagement.\nAbout the Reward\nThis role offers a progressive salary of £32,267 (Band C).\nScottish Canals offer a generous annual leave entitlement along with enhanced sick pay, discounted shopping vouchers, health cash plan and a contributory pension scheme with up to 10% employer contribution.\nAbout You\nQualifications and knowledge required:\n· SVQ/NVQ in Business Administration with Procurement Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent experience.\nSkills and experience required:\n· Good MS Office and communication skills;
