new AI and robotics products\n\nCoordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations\n\nBuild launch plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting\n\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery\n\nImprove GTM processes while minimizing unnecessary overhead\n\nPartner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth\n\nMeasure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics\n\nQualifications\n5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy\n\nExperience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or technical products\n\nProven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives\n\nStrong executive communication\n\nComfortable working in fast-moving startup environments\n\nBias toward action and ownership\n\nMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or
