SkillBridge Interns play a meaningful role in shaping our processes, culture, and technology. ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nSupport real-world testing, data collection, and mission execution activities for autonomous ground and air systems\n\nOperate and assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of vehicles and sensor payloads in field environments\n\nContribute to structured test events by executing assigned tasks, documenting observations, and ensuring reliable data capture\n\nAssist with troubleshooting, logistics, and system readiness to maintain operational tempo\n\nWork cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to support product development and demonstrations\n\nLearn and apply Scout’s internal processes, tools, and workflows to support rapid iteration and deployment\n\nQualifications\nActive-duty service member approved to participate in the DoW SkillBridge program\n\nWithin 180 days of separation or retirement from military service\n\nAbility to commit to the agreed SkillBridge internship duration\n\nStrong work ethic, professionalism, and adaptability in fast-paced environments\n\nComfortable working outdoors and supporting hands-on operational tasks\n\nClear communicator and reliable team member\n\nMechanical aptitude or operational experience (vehicle, aviation, tactical, or technical background preferred)\n\nMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled
