It’s a hands-on, less corporate team where thinking for yourself is expected.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Develop and maintain software solutions across the MEAN stack.\n\n Build and maintain backend services using Node.js.\n\n Develop frontend functionality using Angular.\n\n Work with MongoDB and related data structures.\n\n Work with Bun across relevant applications.\n\n Develop and maintain APIs and integrations.\n\n Assist with enterprise and ERP system integrations.\n\n Investigate bugs and technical issues.\n\n Contribute to technical design and solution development.\n\n Take ownership of assigned features from development through to completion.\n\n Collaborate with Senior Developers and the wider development team.\n\n Contribute to code reviews and development standards.\n\n Learn and apply AI-assisted development techniques.\n\n Use AI tools and prompting where appropriate to improve development efficiency.\n\n Continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n Relevant IT degree\n\n 2–5 years' relevant software development experience.\n\n Strong Node.js experience.\n\n Good JavaScript and/or TypeScript experience.\n\n Experience with MongoDB.\n\n Experience with Angular.\n\n Experience working with the MEAN stack.\n\n Experience developing APIs.\n\n Good understanding of software development principles.\n\n Strong problem-solving ability.\n\n Ability to work independently while still being a strong team player.\n\n Comfortable learning new technologies and approaches.\n\n Interest in AI-assisted development and modern AI coding tools.\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nR60k to R80k pm\n\nInterested?\nJOB REF: DEV00629\n\nSend your CV -
