This role is an exciting opportunity to build lasting partnerships, increase product adoption, and shape the customer journey across our medium, large and enterprise accounts.\nYou can be based anywhere within the EU, even though it would be a great bonus if you could be located at one of our hubs in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Oslo or Amsterdam, where we apply a flexible hybrid work model.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead and grow a strategic portfolio - Own a set of limited numbers of larger customer accounts with responsibility for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.\n\nDrive adoption and value realization - Empower customers to embed Scrive solutions across their organizations, enabling business outcomes.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally - Act as the customer’s voice internally, working with Product, Sales, and Support to continuously improve experience and fit.\n\nPrevent churn and secure renewals - Proactively manage renewals and identify opportunities for expansion through a data-driven, value-focused approach.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nTo succeed in this role, you should have:\nAround 5+ years experience working with B2B and enterprise customers, ideally in a customer success or account management role.\n\nYou're a people person at heart - a great listener, humble, and naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues.\n\nA pragmatic, value-driven mindset - you’re motivated by creating real impact and thrive in a collaborative environment where success is shared, not individual.\n\nExperience in the digitalisation industry (preferably SaaS), and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.\n\nYou’re tech-curious and feel comfortable navigating IT landscapes and understanding how things connect.\n\nFluent in English, spoken and written.\n\nEU residency or work permit.\n\nBonus points if you are:\nFluent in Swedish, German or Dutch.\n\nHaving experience from a high-growth/scale-up environment.\n\nHolding a university degree in a relevant field.\n\nIn this role, we see that you are solution-oriented, results-driven, structured, and strategic thinking.
