Product Owner - Job Description Lidl Customer Platform About the role We are looking for a new Product Owner in Lidl Customer Platformin Barcelona. We are an innovation hub with around 500 teammates, divided in Tribes/Domains and those in Squads. The Store Experience & Product Discovery domain is requiring a new PO for leading a multidisciplinary team of 8-12 members in collaboration with the Squad Tech lead (Dev lead). Ready to be part of the challenge? In this Role, you’ll get to Help the team to grow. Lead a team as the Product Owner (Scrum). Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Work comfortable with other teams outside the hub without an agile methodology. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Work closely with the CPO to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value. Follow our competitors and the industry, research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses
