We move fast, we care deeply about quality, and were building the team that is passionate!\n\nBrief :\n\nAs Shopify Developer, you will own the technical build, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Scrubsy's D2C storefront and build the high-converting landing pages, pre-landers, and advertorials that power our paid media. You will work at the intersection of development, design, and conversion: building and modifying Shopify themes with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid/Gempages, owning our tracking stack, and obsessing over page speed and conversion rate on every page you ship.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own the Scrubsy Shopify storefront theme customization, section development, and front-end builds using HTML, CSS and JavaScript\n\n- Audit and improve the existing theme for performance, accessibility, and responsive across all devices\n\n- Ensure all code is clean, commented and maintainable\n\n- Own the Shopify tech stack audit app performance, remove redundant apps, and ensure no app is creating page speed regressions\n\n- Ensure the website works/renders consistently across devices and browsers\n\n- Monitor site uptime, checkout error rates, and app conflicts\n\n- Stay updated with Shopify ecosystem updates, frontend trends, and best practices\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nMandatory Requirement:\n\n- 5+ years of Shopify development experience on a live Shopify store with >Rs. 1Cr/month GMV\n\n- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create stand-alone landing pages, funnels (pre-landers/advertorials)\n\n- Experience building and optimizing landing pages for traffic (both shopify and stand-alone)\n\n- Familiarity with Shopify apps, checkouts, themes, liquid, gempages, integrations, APIs and any custom development\n\n- Ability to debug and troubleshoot frontend and Shopify-related issues\n\n- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and frontend standards\n\n- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools/workflows\n\n- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) A/B testing, landing page optimization, and improving conversion across the funnel\n\n- Integrations with tools like GTM/GA4/Pixel/CAPI/Klaviyo and more\n\nAdditional Requirement:\n\n- Prior experience in D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce or startup\n\n- Experience with version control Git, GitHub, or equivalent\n\n- Knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks is a plus\n\nWho You Are:\n\n- Proactive you do not wait to be told there is a performance problem;
