You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, Designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe successful candidate will be highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and experienced in working within Agile delivery environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.\nElicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.\nTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.\nAnalyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.\nCreate and maintain documentation including: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)\nFunctional Specifications\nUser Stories\nProcess Maps\nData Flow Diagrams\nGap Analysis Reports\n\nWork closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to refine and prioritise requirements.\nSupport backlog management and sprint planning activities.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.\nAssist with testing activities, including defining acceptance criteria and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.\nSupport change management and business readiness activities where required.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience working as a Business Analyst within Agile delivery teams.\nStrong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.\nExperience facilitating workshops and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.\nAbility to translate complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.\nExperience creating process maps, workflows, and business models.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.\nExperience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience working closely with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers, designers, and product managers.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience working within public sector or regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with the principles and standards of Government Digital Service (GDS).\nExperience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Visio.\nKnowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.\nExperience supporting digital transformation and service improvement initiatives.\nRelevant Business Analysis certifications such as BCS, CBAP, or Agile BA qualifications.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to work on impactful digital transformation programmes.\nFlexible and collaborative working environment.\nOngoing learning and professional development opportunities.\nAccess to a community of experienced delivery, design, and technology professionals.\nCareer progression opportunities within a growing consultancy.\nDiversity & Inclusion\nScrumconnect Consulting is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
