Working with the lead developer and technical architect, you will create reusable, testable features for service-desk and chatbot demonstrations.\nWhat you will do\nBuild Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse tables, forms, views and dashboards to the agreed design.\n\nConfigure request capture, assignment, queue management, status changes, service levels and escalation workflows.\n\nDevelop chatbot topics, questions, branching logic and validation responses.\n\nImplement the agreed content and request quality checks.\n\nConfigure notifications, approvals, audit information and dashboard data.\n\nPrepare mock data and demonstration scenarios without using unnecessary personal or sensitive information.\n\nProduce component-level designs and keep build documentation up to date.\n\nCarry out unit testing, defect fixing and regression testing.\n\nTake part in peer reviews and act on feedback.\n\nSupport stakeholder demonstrations and make controlled changes based on feedback.\n\nIdentify technical constraints, defects and dependencies early and escalate them.\n\nSupport the packaging, deployment and handover of prototype assets.\n\nContribute to the assessment of what production would need and future effort estimates.\n\nWhat you will bring\nPractical experience building apps and workflows on Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nStrong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.\n\nExperience configuring forms, tables, views, business logic, security roles and automated workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, connectors, JSON and integration principles.\n\nExperience with unit testing, defect management and technical documentation.\n\nAbility to work well in an architecture-led, multidisciplinary agile team.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver usable components to short deadlines.\n\nUnderstanding of accessibility, security, data protection and audit requirements.\n\nDesirable\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power BI or Power Pages.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Platform ALM and source control.\n\nMicrosoft PL-400 or PL-200 certification, or equivalent experience.\n\nPublic sector or regulated environment experience.\n\nDiversity and Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe that diversity drives innovation and better outcomes.
