As a Graduate PMO, you will play a key role in supporting our client accounts, delivery governance, and project coordination activities across major government programmes.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to begin your career within a growing IT consultancy, working closely with Delivery Managers, Account Leads, PMO teams, consultants, and technical specialists in an agile environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale public sector programmes while building strong foundations in project coordination, stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and client operations.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Graduate PMO, you will:\nSupport Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, and Account Managers with governance and coordination activities across public sector client accounts.\nMaintain project trackers, onboarding records, action logs, and reporting documentation.\nAssist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes and actions.\nSupport resource coordination, onboarding activities, and timesheet/project administration.\nHelp manage project and account reporting, including dashboards, status updates, and delivery metrics.\nLiaise with internal teams including recruitment, finance, operations, and delivery to ensure smooth project operations.\nSupport compliance activities relating to public sector requirements, clearances, and documentation.\nAssist in maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and coordination.\nIdentify opportunities to improve internal PMO and operational processes.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe do not expect extensive experience - we will provide training, mentoring, and support to help you develop your career. We are looking for someone who brings:\nEssential / Mandatory:\n Experience working with the SC (Security Check) clearance process is mandatory - candidates must either currently hold SC clearance or have direct prior experience navigating the SC clearance application/vetting process, given the nature of our public sector client accounts.\nA recent degree in any discipline (Business, Management, Technology, or Project Management-related subjects are advantageous).\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence working with multiple stakeholders and teams.\nA proactive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn.\nAbility to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.\nComfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.\nDesirable (not essential):\nExposure to project coordination, reporting tools, Jira, or PMO activities.\nWhy Join Scrumconnect Ltd?\nAt Scrumconnect, we are more than just a consultancy -
