This role focuses on creating user-centered design solutions based on research insights, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.\nYou will contribute to designing intuitive user journeys, improving task flows, and supporting usability testing to enhance overall user experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport prototype design and iteration throughout the Beta phase\n\nCreate and refine user journeys, page flows, and task flows based on user insights and evidence\n\nTranslate research findings into practical design improvements\n\nAssist in preparing and updating prototypes using design tools\n\nSupport user testing activities across multiple service areas\n\nCollaborate with user researchers, product managers, and developers\n\nContribute to maintaining consistent design patterns and standards\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes\n\nWork with wider UCD teams to ensure a cohesive user experience\n\nSkills & Experience\nEssential Skills\nBasic experience or strong understanding of interaction design / UX design principles\n\nAbility to design user flows, wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes\n\nFamiliarity with user-centered design (UCD) practices\n\nUnderstanding of how to apply user research insights into design decisions\n\nGood understanding of Agile methodologies\n\nTools & Technical Skills\nExperience with tools such as FigJam, Figma, or similar design tools\n\nExposure to prototyping tools such as GOV.UK Prototype Kit or equivalent\n\nBasic understanding of web design and usability standards\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\nWillingness to learn and take feedback constructively\n\nAbility to work effectively in
