You will work closely with development teams to ensure efficient deployment and operation of applications, and lead the effort to automate and optimise our processes.\nThis role suits a dynamic, proactive leader who is passionate about using cloud technologies to improve operational effectiveness and deliver outstanding results.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployment of software products within Azure.\n\nLead development and operations teams in adopting best practices in Azure DevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.\n\nEnsure the security and compliance of the cloud infrastructure in line with industry standards and best practices.\n\nMonitor and manage cloud resources to optimise performance, cost, and scalability.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, building their DevOps capability.\n\nKeep up with the latest trends and technologies in Azure and DevOps, and apply them to improve our processes and solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential:\nActive SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.\n\nProven experience as a Lead DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in Azure environments.\n\nExpertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools).\n\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, ARM templates).\n\nFamiliarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nSolid understanding of cloud security practices and compliance standards.\n\nExcellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nDiversity and Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe that diversity drives innovation and better outcomes.
