Engineers will participate in the out-of-hours support rota.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain operational support for the AutoSys Workload Automation estate.\nMaintain and optimise the BMC Helix platform suite.\nContribute to out-of-hours support arrangements and improve team resilience.\nDevelop and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions supporting Flexera SaaS integration.\nProvide engineering expertise and leadership to enable strategic workstreams to continue whilst maintaining BAU services.\nSupport service availability, stability and operational effectiveness across DWP tooling services.\nRequired Experience\nResources must possess demonstrable experience of one or more of the following technologies:\nAutoSys Workload Automation (WLA)\nBMC Helix Operations Manager (BHOM)\nBMC Helix Capacity Optimisation (BHCO)\nBMC Helix Discovery\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\nDevOps engineering practices\nFlexera Software Asset Management platform (desirable)\nThe SFIA 5 resource requirement reflects the need for engineers capable of both technical delivery and leadership responsibilities whilst enabling existing DWP resources to focus on strategic initiatives.\nDiversity and Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe that diversity drives innovation and better outcomes.
