software development experience with Java.\nStrong expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.\nExperience with Hibernate, JPA, and ORM frameworks.\nHands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nExperience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nProficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.\nDeep understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.\nExperience with performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed systems.\nStrong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nLeadership Experience\nProven experience leading development teams and delivering complex enterprise projects.\nAbility to mentor developers and foster technical excellence.\nExperience managing technical deliverables, estimations, and development planning.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within regulated, standards-driven, or public sector environments (e.g., GDS-aligned projects).\nExperience implementing cloud-native architectures and event-driven systems.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
