You'll turn business problems into clear, well-evidenced technical and functional requirements, and work closely with developers, architects and testers to make sure what gets built is what's needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyse and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders.\n\nTranslate requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nModel processes, data flows and system interfaces, including API and integration requirements.\n\nWork with developers, architects and testers to refine the backlog and clarify scope.\n\nMaintain requirements traceability from need through to delivery.\n\nIdentify risks, dependencies and technical constraints, and raise them early.\n\nSupport testing and UAT, and help prepare releases for go-live.\n\nProduce clear documentation and communicate it to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential\nActive SC clearance, mandatory.\n\nProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.\n\nStrong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile team.\n\nExperience modelling processes and systems (e.g. BPMN, UML or similar).\n\nGood understanding of APIs, data models and system integration.\n\nExperience working closely with development and test teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.\n\nExperience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.\n\nAble to travel to London or Staines once a week.\n\nDesirable\nExperience on public sector or central government programmes.\n\nFamiliarity with the GDS Service Standard.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe thatdiversity drives innovation.
