Working within an agile environment, you will develop and maintain robust test automation while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.\nYou will be comfortable working with minimal supervision, proactively identifying risks, and mentoring other testers to help build a culture of continuous improvement. \nTech Stack \n Playwright (mandatory) \nNode.js \nSpring Boot \nMongoDB \nGitLab \nAWS \nWhat You'll Be Doing Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test reports. \nEnsure software meets user requirements and performance expectations. \nProduce, maintain, and evolve comprehensive, robust, and reliable test automation scripts in a CI/CD environment, sourced directly from business requirements. \nDocument defects, highlight risk, propose solutions, and monitor issues through to resolution. \nReview requirements, define test conditions, and create manual and automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright. \nApply understanding of CI/CD approaches and tooling across AWS and Git. \nAnalyse situations to determine what's required to ensure UIs and APIs are tested successfully, including non-functional testing. \nWork comfortably with technical and specialist stakeholders, acting as a facilitator to elicit information and escalate where needed. \nMentor testers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance. \n What We're Looking For (SFIA Level 4) Testing Experience: Strong background in software testing across the full development lifecycle, with a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing practices. \nLeadership in Quality Assurance: Experience leading testing efforts within an agile team, working closely with senior developers and senior testers on the programme, while contributing to and upholding quality standards. \nTest Planning & Oversight: Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities across multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business goals. \nCollaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and advocate for quality. \nMentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Committed to supporting the development of others by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. \nProactive self-starter, capable of working remotely with minimal instruction or supervision. \nWhy Join Scrumconnect Ltd?
