Our teams work at the forefront of innovation, helping organisations transform and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that truly matter.\nExperience\nMinimum 4+ years integration development experience including hands-on Workday integration build\n\nExperience delivering integrations on at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation\n\nHands-on experience with EIB and Core Connectors, with exposure to Workday Studio\n\nWorking knowledge of Workday web services and custom reports as integration data sources\n\nExposure to Public Sector, Government or regulated environments desirable\n\nCore Responsibilities\nThe Workday Integration Consultant builds, tests and deploys integrations under the direction of the Integration Lead, taking hands-on ownership of assigned interfaces from specification through to deployment and support handover. The role works to the integration standards, patterns and security model defined for the programme.\nBuild, test and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors and Document Transformation\n\nDevelop Workday Studio integrations for more complex requirements\n\nProduce and maintain integration design documents and technical specifications for assigned interfaces\n\nBuild custom reports and RaaS data sources to support integrations\n\nConfigure integration security including ISU and ISSG assignments as directed\n\nExecute unit and system integration testing, logging, resolving and retesting defects\n\nSupport vendor file format testing and troubleshooting of third-party connectivity\n\nImplement error handling, notifications and monitoring in line with programme standards\n\nSupport integration migration between tenants and cutover activities\n\nMaintain integration documentation and support runbooks for handover to BAU\n\nEscalate design risks, blockers and vendor issues to the Integration Lead\n\nKey Skills\nHands-on build skills in EIB, Core Connectors and Document Transformation\n\nWorkday Studio development experience\n\nStrong XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON skills\n\nWorkday web services (SOAP and REST), RaaS and calculated fields\n\nWorking knowledge of the Workday data model and security model including ISU and ISSG\n\nSecure connectivity including SFTP, PGP and certificate-based authentication\n\nDebugging, error handling and performance troubleshooting of integrations\n\nClear technical documentation and adherence to code review standards\n\nAbility to work within defined technical standards set by the Integration Lead\n\nTech Stack Experience\nWorkday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Document Transformation\n\nWorkday web services (SOAP and REST), RaaS and calculated fields\n\nXML, XSLT, XPath and JSON, with Java or Groovy desirable\n\nWorkday security model, ISU and ISSG configuration\n\nSFTP, PGP and x509 certificates\n\nMiddleware or iPaaS exposure such as MuleSoft, Boomi or Azure Integration Services (desirable)\n\nJira or Azure DevOps and Git-based version control\n\nCertifications\nWorkday Integration Certification - Core Connectors and/or Studio (active, previously held or working towards)\n\nWorkday Pro Integrations (desirable)\n\nWorkday HCM or Financials Certification (desirable)\n\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe that diversity drives innovation and better outcomes.
