This role is critical in ensuring alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture, and Workday platform capabilities, delivering scalable, secure, and optimised solutions.\nLocation:\nBengaluru (Hybrid twice in week travel to the office )\nExperience:\nMinimum 8+ years of Workday experience across Financials and/or HCM\nProven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations across complex organisations\nDemonstrated experience in solution architecture or leading design authority on Workday programmes\nStrong experience across enterprise-scale deployments including integrations, data, and security\nExposure to Public Sector, Government, or regulated environments preferred\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and own the end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Financials, and integrations\nLead architectural governance, ensuring consistency across modules and delivery workstreams\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions\nDefine data architecture, including data model, reporting, and analytics strategy\nOversee integration design, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and APIs\nProvide strategic guidance on business transformation enabled by Workday\nCollaborate with functional, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation\nKey Skills:\nDeep expertise in Workday architecture, including data model, business processes, and tenant design\nStrong knowledge of both Workday HCM and Financials functional domains\nExpertise in Workday Business Process Framework, security configuration, and reporting\nProven integration architecture experience using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms\nExperience designing data migration and data governance strategies\nAbility to align solution design with enterprise architecture and cloud principles\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills at senior level (CIO, CFO, HR leadership)\nExperience operating within public sector or regulated environments\nTech Stack Experience:\nWorkday HCM and Financials modules\nWorkday Integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)\nWorkday Prism Analytics and reporting frameworks\nEnterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi\nData migration tooling and strategies\nWorkday security model and access design\nCloud and enterprise architecture principles\nCertifications:\nWorkday HCM Certification (active or previously held)\nWorkday Financials Certification (active or previously held)\nWorkday Integration Certification (Studio or Core Connectors)\nWorkday Prism Analytics Certification (desirable)\nTOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification (desirable)\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAt Scrumconnect Consulting, we believe that diversity drives innovation and better outcomes.
