behind.\nResponsibilities\nOwn CI/CD pipelines end to end, covering build, test, security scanning, release and controlled promotion across environments\nRun and maintain Kubernetes workloads, managing GitOps-based deployments through ArgoCD\nDefine and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring environments remain consistent and free of configuration drift\nBuild comprehensive observability across logs, metrics and traces, establishing meaningful SLIs, SLOs and actionable alerting\nDesign for resilience, including autoscaling, backup and restore, and disaster recovery aligned to a recovery time objective measured in seconds\nImplement cloud security foundations within AWS, including IAM, secrets management and network segmentation\nParticipate in the on-call rotation, lead incident investigations and run blameless postmortems\nDrive continuous reduction in time to restore service through root cause analysis and preventative improvements\nSupport DORA metrics measurement across deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate and time to restore service\nContribute to the DevSecOps maturity assessment and help deliver the improvement roadmap that follows\nChampion DevOps best practice across engineering teams, sharing knowledge and raising delivery standards\nExperience and education\nMust-Have\n6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering roles\nProven experience running production workloads on AWS at scale\nHands-on ownership of managed Kubernetes environments, not occasional or peripheral use\nStrong experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD\nSolid infrastructure as code experience with Terraform\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning\nExperience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana or CloudWatch\nStrong Linux administration skills\nDemonstrable incident and reliability experience, including on-call participation, postmortems and measurable reduction in time to restore\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience\nAdvantageous\nExperience with Helm for Kubernetes package management\nExposure to Amazon MSK and event-driven architectures\nExperience with AWS Secrets Manager\nFamiliarity with DORA metrics and engineering performance measurement\nEstablished incident management practice experience\nExperience working in regulated environments, with financial services experience particularly
