You will be instrumental in maintaining the health, performance, and security of our platform, supporting global manufacturing operations\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nCI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, primarily utilizing GitHub Actions, to automate software delivery and deployment processes.\nAWS Infrastructure Operations: Manage and optimize core AWS services, including Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK), and Amazon S3.\nMonitoring and Alerting: Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch to proactively identify and resolve system issues.\nIncident Management: Lead incident handling, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts to ensure high availability and stability of the platform.\nRelease Management: Coordinate and execute release management activities across global manufacturing plants, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.\nOnboarding Support: Provide technical support and guidance for the onboarding of new manufacturing plants onto the platform.\nAutomation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, YAML) to streamline operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning.
