and maximizes ROI.\n\nRole Description :\n\nThe Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for leading software engineering teams building AI-powered and data-driven solutions.\n\nThe role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating with product, design, and data teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable software that aligns with client requirements and company standards.\n\nDaily activities include planning and prioritizing work, conducting technical reviews, mentoring engineers, removing blockers, and driving best practices in architecture, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.\n\nThe Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, manage timelines and risks, and continuously improve processes and team performance.\n\nThe role also includes contributing to technical strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, and supporting talent development and hiring.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, including experience guiding multi-disciplinary development teams.\n\n- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns relevant to web, mobile, and AI-driven systems.\n\n- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication in agile environments.\n\n- Candidates should possess Integration skills, with experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and data workflows across cloud and on-premise systems.\n\n- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's or
