This role focuses on delivering high-quality accounting advice to public sector and for-purpose clients across Australia, with a particular emphasis on major infrastructure projects and climate reporting spanning all states and territories.\nAs a Senior Associate, you will work as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team to interpret, apply, and implement complex accounting standards, support clients through significant transactions and reforms, and contribute to the development of our technical capability.\n Required Qualifications & Experience\nCurrently progressing toward attaining CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification (mandatory). Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting (mandatory).\n\nMinimum 3-4 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, or advisory, within professional services environment.\n\nExperience in external audit is highly desirable.\n\nStrong interest and demonstrated capability in interpreting and applying accounting standards.\n\nExperience working with public sector, for-purpose, or major infrastructure clients is highly regarded.\n\nProven ability to deliver high-quality outputs.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues for diverse audiences.\n\nThese positions require you to have Australian Citizenship, with a view to obtain a Baseline or NV1 clearance to support work with our Federal government clients.
