We are guided by our values of Stronger Together, Amplify Impact, Build Trusted Relationships, Value Every Person, Think Beyond Limits, and Defined by Ethics.

Our purpose-driven professionals provide clients with access to the skills, capabilities and expertise to support the delivery of government agendas and public purpose projects, with specialist teams across three national practices:

  • Experience working with public sector, for-purpose, or major infrastructure clients is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to manage complex engagements and deliver high-quality technical outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues for diverse audiences.

  • Provide technical accounting advice on the application of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), including complex areas such as financial instruments, service concession arrangements, leases, equity investments, joint ventures and consolidation. This includes transactions in the transport, energy, utilities, housing and health sectors.
  • Lead the development of accounting position papers, accounting and financial models, technical assessments, and financial reporting assessment for major public sector and for-purpose clients.
  • Advise on accounting implications for large-scale infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, restructures, and policy changes.
  • Support clients in the preparation of financial statements, impact assessments, and implementation roadmaps for new or amended standards.
  • Support clients in assessing, interpreting, and applying climate and sustainability reporting requirements (e.g., Australian climate reporting standards), including identifying data needs, preparing disclosures, advising on transitional arrangements, and developing governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead and support finance optimisation engagements for major infrastructure transactions, carve-outs, restructures, mergers, and investments-providing accounting structuring advice, due diligence support, balance sheet optimisation analysis, and financial reporting assistance.

Project Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technical accounting engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs, timely delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with integrated teams-including financial modelling, infrastructure advisory, actuarial, internal audit, and risk specialists-to provide holistic solutions.
  • Lead multiple workstreams concurrently across various jurisdictions and sectors.
  • Be responsible for the monitoring project financials.
