and motivated Bid Manager to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for opportunities across the defense, security, and ICT sectors.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and assess business opportunities, evaluating their alignment with company objectives and capabilities\nCoordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs\nCollaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Program Management teams to understand customer requirements and develop winning proposals\nPrepare proposal content, technical documentation, presentations, and responses for customers, authorities, and international organizations\nConduct market and technology assessments to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic growth\nSupport the development of partnerships and collaborations with industry, academia, and research organizations\nAssist in the preparation and maintenance of technical and commercial documentation before and after contract award\nContribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes, tools, and methodologies\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\nMore than 5 years of professional experience\nExperience in one or more of the following sectors: ICT, Security, Defense, Technical Consulting, or Technical Presales\nExperience preparing and coordinating proposals, tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs\nExcellent technical writing skills in both English and Greek\nFluency in English, including technical terminology\nGood understanding of domestic and international defense, security, and technology markets\nKnowledge of emerging technologies, R&D programs, and industry trends\nStrong project management, organizational, and communication skills\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and related business
