The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap, aligning products with customer and operational requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, market adoption, and long-term competitiveness.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scytalys' defense and interoperability solutions\nTranslate customer and market needs into product requirements, value propositions, and release plans\nPrioritize product features and coordinate delivery milestones with Engineering and Technical Leadership\nLead end-to-end product development activities, ensuring timely delivery of market-ready solutions\nConduct market and competitor analysis across the defense, aerospace, and security sectors\nSupport customer engagements, product demonstrations, defense exhibitions, and industry events\nCollaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product positioning, launch activities, and sales enablement material\nGather and assess customer feedback, operational insights, and market trends to drive product improvements\nMonitor product performance and ROI, recommending actions to maximize business value\nDeliver product training to internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders\nRequirements\nMilitary background and strong familiarity with defense, aerospace, or security sector; understanding of military procurement processes, NATO standards, or C4ISR/Tactical Data Link concept with focus on Land C4I\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
