The successful candidate will play a key role in defining front-end architecture and engineering standards, solving complex technical challenges, and guiding teams in delivering scalable, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and drive the technical direction and architecture of large-scale front-end applications using React\nDesign scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end architectures, component libraries, and shared frameworks\nLead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance across front-end initiatives\nTranslate complex UI/UX requirements into high-quality, accessible, and reliable user interfaces\nDefine best practices for integration with RESTful APIs and back-end services\nDrive performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across front-end applications\nEstablish and promote engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and development practices\nDefine automated testing strategies, standards, and coverage goals\nLead technical reviews and contribute to the resolution of complex engineering challenges\nCollaborate closely with back-end engineers, UX/UI designers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to define robust technical solutions\nMentor senior and less experienced engineers and support their technical development\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering practices, development processes, tooling, and front-end technologies\nRequirements\n10+ years of experience in Front-End Development, with demonstrated experience in technical leadership and architectural decision-making\nBSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field\nDeep expertise in React and its ecosystem\nAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3\nStrong experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query\nProven experience designing and evolving scalable, complex, and maintainable front-end architectures\nStrong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and client-side integrations\nStrong knowledge of front-end performance optimization, secure coding practices, accessibility, and design patterns\nExperience defining technical standards and driving engineering best practices across development teams\nStrong understanding of CI/CD workflows and modern software development practices\nDemonstrated ability to provide technical mentorship and influence engineering decisions across teams\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nFluency in
