and motivated UI/UX Designer to support the design of mission-critical Command & Control (C2/C4ISR) systems used in real-time operational environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign user-centric interfaces for command, control, monitoring, and situational awareness systems\nTranslate complex operational workflows and real-time data into intuitive user experiences and visualizations\nCreate user flows, wireframes, mockups, interaction models, and prototypes for complex applications\nApply usability, accessibility, and human-machine interaction principles to support effective decision-making\nCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and domain experts to align user experience with operational requirements\nConduct usability assessments, gather user feedback, and drive iterative design improvements\nEnsure consistency, clarity, and usability across applications through the use of design standards and best practices\nContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and reusable UI components\nSupport interface validation activities and ensure design requirements are successfully implemented\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for complex software products or technical systems\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nStrong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and human-machine interaction\nExperience designing data-intensive interfaces such as dashboards, monitoring tools, or control systems\nProficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms\nAbility to communicate and justify design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nHigh
