Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.\nWe are looking for an experienced architect with strong Revit skills to join BD Arch remotely. You will build and develop Revit models and produce permit-stage drawings for residential and commercial projects in Israel. You will also coordinate the BIM model with the project’s engineering consultants. Depending on the size and complexity of a project, you will work on your own or as part of a team. An in-house BD Arch architect will always be your point of contact and will guide you on each municipality’s requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild Revit models from scratch for new projects\nContinue and develop existing Revit projects\nConvert AutoCAD projects into clean, well-structured Revit models\nProduce permit-stage drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for Israeli municipalities, following the guidance of the in-house team\nKeep Revit models clean and accurate so that structural, MEP and other consultants can use them directly\nCoordinate BIM with consultants: check infrastructure and systems, find clashes, and make sure all disciplines fit together\nWork with both cloud-based BIM projects (shared with consultants) and local, offline Revit projects\nKeep drawings and documentation to a high standard of quality\nCommunicate clearly in professional English with the in-house team and consultants\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture\nAt least5 years of professional experience as an architect\n Expert-level Revit skills: this is the main tool for the role\nStrong AutoCAD skills, including moving AutoCAD drawings into Revit\nHands-on experience with BIM coordination and with BIM cloud environments (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud)\nProven experience producing permit or authority-submission drawings\nGood knowledge of construction methods, materials and coordination between disciplines\nFluent professional English, written and spoken\nAble to work independently, manage several projects and meet deadlines\nAdvantages:\n\nExperience with residential, urban renewal or mixed-use projects\nExperience working with several Revit versions\nComfortable using AI tools in the workflow, for example to translate Hebrew text in plans.
