In the environment of our Payroll & Reward solutions, BE SME Squad combines SME Payroll and P250/Navigators expertise. During the past year, the main themes have been integrating the two knowledge areas, reducing dependency on a few experts, broadening people beyond their original specialisms, and maintaining testing and support continuity during the transformation

Which tasks can you expect?

• Full stack development with dot net and Angular as software tools, in an agile way of working

• Developing new features as well as ensuring stability and maintainability of the current code in a team-oriented collaboration

• Drive design and development of software modules and business process logic.

• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement strategic, correct design and data-driven solutions

• Collaborate with the team according to the agreed prioritization with the stakeholders and the product owner.

• End-2-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities.

• Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories regarding the software you’re responsible for.

• 3rd-Level-support, Troubleshooting and error correction.

What do you have to offer?

• English, confident in speaking and writing

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business or technology or equivalent professional experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with the common programming language C# by using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of Agile/scrum

• In depth knowledge of: .NET (C#), ASP(dot)NET, Front-end development with Angular, SQL, Azure Devops, Git

• Interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve software delivery.

• Prior experience with AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar solutions is a plus.

• Interest and/or experience in Payroll technology and processes

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Problem-solving skills and a desire to dive into details

• Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course
