You'll have the chance to develop your expertise, work with industry-leading professionals, and contribute to delivering exceptional payroll services to our customers.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll services to a portfolio of clients while providing an excellent customer experience. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will help ensure payroll deadlines are met, client relationships are maintained, and service excellence is consistently delivered.\nWhich tasks can you expect?\nManage end-to-end Irish payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.\n\nValidate payroll data, perform payroll checks, and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.\n\nEnsure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory payments, pensions, and GDPR requirements.\n\nRespond to payroll-related queries from clients, employees, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.\n\nCoordinate payroll payments, reporting, year-end activities, and required submissions to relevant authorities.\n\nProduce payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation as required.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of customer service and support.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the payroll team.\n\nWhat do you have to offer?\nEssential\nExperience working in a high-volume payroll environment, either in-house or bureau.\n\nStrong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and statutory requirements.\n\nIPASS qualified or currently working towards qualification.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.\n\nStrong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.\n\nA proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.\n\nDesirable\nUK payroll experience.\n\nExperience supporting payroll audits and process improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat do we have to offer?\nA dynamic hybrid environment: a minimum of 1 day in the office (other 4 days are flexible on working from home or office - whatever works for you)\n\n25 days holiday + public holidays (including the ability to buy an additional 5 days holiday)\n\nPension (6% matched)\n\nMedical healthcare - employee or cash option\n\nWorkation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only)\n\nReferral program\n\nLearning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training\n\nCareer growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!\n\nSalary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.\nWhy Join SD Worx?\nFlexible working: Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid working options - working arrangements are open for discussion\n\nLearning & development: Access to professional training and an individual development plan\n\nCareer growth: Whether you want to deepen your expertise or broaden your career, there is room to grow within SD Worx\n\nCollaborative culture: From many locations, we work as one - moving from better to best together\n\nSD Worx values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
