Our purpose is to bring people solutions to life, enabling organisations of all sizes to turn Human Resources into a source of value for both the business and its people.\nOur people solutions cover the entire employee journey - from getting people paid to attracting, rewarding and developing talent.\nWhich tasks can you expect?\nDesign, develop, and support SAP integration solutions between SAP systems and external HR platforms.\n\nAnalyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n\nBuild and maintain ABAP-based integration components and data transformation logic.\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and middleware connections.\n\nSupport Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP integration scenarios.\n\nParticipate in customer workshops, testing activities, go-live support, and hypercare.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and innovation within the SAP Integrations team.\n\nWhat do you have to offer?\nYears of experience: 5-7 years of SAP integration ABAP experience.\n\nFunctional knowledge:\n\n· Functional understanding of SAP HCM/ECP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workday, HRIS concepts, and HR data replication processes.\n· Experience with employee data replication and payroll-related integrations.\n· Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices.\n· Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into integration solutions.\nTechnical knowledge:\n\n· Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object-Oriented development, including interface development, data transformations, web service consumption, and integration frameworks.\n· Experience designing, building and supporting employee data, organizational management, and payroll-related integrations between SAP and third-party systems.\n· Strong hands-on experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologies used for employee and payroll data replication.\n· Experience configuring, consuming, and troubleshooting SOAP and REST services, APIs, authentication methods and SAP communication frameworks.\n· Understanding of middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite or equivalent technologies.\n· Proven experience in integrations involving Workday, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SAP HCM/ECP, and related systems.\nCertifications: SAP certifications in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Workday-related certifications are highly recommended.\n\nLanguages: advanced English is a must, proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.\n\nWhat do we have to offer?\n Comprehensive training and development programs.\n Flexible working schedule\n Private medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worx\n 25 vacation days \n 18 hours for personal matters\n Reduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August)\n Cobee flexible retribution options: meals, transportation, etc.\n Laptop and equipment provided\n Workation: possibility to work from abroad (where SD Worx has legal entity, up to 4 weeks per year)\n Learning opportunities: language courses (as per availability), individual training bonus, an individual development plan, and professional training\n Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!\nSalary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.\nSD Worx values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
