You act as a servant leader and coach to the squad, enabling smooth delivery cycles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement. You play a key role in removing impediments and nurturing the personal and professional development of squad members.\nThe role is responsible for fostering a strong, collaborative team culture grounded in agile principles, while enabling effective team dynamics. It includes planning and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Additionally, the position supports personal growth and HR-related processes by guiding career development and promoting a feedback-driven environment.\nWhich tasks can you expect?\nKey accountabilities\nAct as a servant leader and coach to the squad.\n\nFacilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nIdentify and remove team impediments to maintain delivery flow.\n\nSupport continuous improvement and agile best practices within the squad.\n\nConduct one-on-one sessions, encourage career development, and coach team members.\n\nFoster a culture of open feedback and psychological safety.\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritised product backlog.\n\nServe as the first point of contact for HR-related topics and escalate when needed.\n\nCollaborate with HR and leadership on performance management and talent development.\n\nWhat do you have to offer?\nStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum, with proven servant-leadership and coaching experience.\n\nExcellent facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.\n\nEffective problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to assess performance, identify improvements, and make sound decisions under uncertainty.\n\nSkilled at establishing clear communication channels, building cross-functional relationships, and collaborating with engineering and business teams.\n\nDemonstrates empathy and provides tailored support to enhance team member experience.\n\nStrong leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.\n\nExperience working in technical environments or with engineering teams.\n\nSupports onboarding through structured programs aligned with SD Worx & Technology Tribes processes and culture.\n\nManages feedback loops to continuously improve enablement programs.\n\nKnowledge of organizational development and performance management processes.\n\nWhat do we have to offer?\nA dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home\n\nWorkation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only)\n\nFree language courses (during your working hours)\n\nReferral program\n\nLearning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training\n\nCareer growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or expand your knowledge horizontally, there’s always room to grow within SD Worx!\n\nAs this is an international role open in multiple countries, the full benefits package depends on the specific location.
