We are also open to candidates with strong RPA experience using platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, provided they are willing and able to learn Blue Prism and work within our technology landscape.\nThis is a hands-on senior development role. You will take ownership of automation projects from technical design and solution architecture through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.\nAs a Senior RPA Developer, you will be expected to design the architecture of the solutions you implement, make sound technical decisions, ensure your solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable and resilient and collaborate with the technical leads when needed.\nWhich tasks can you expect?\nSolution Design & Architecture\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.\n\nDesign the technical architecture for the automation projects you implement.\n\nDetermine the appropriate solution approach using Blue Prism, Power Automate or a combination of technologies.\n\nDesign integrations with applications, APIs, databases, files and other enterprise systems where required.\n\nConsider exception handling, logging, security, credentials, scalability, resilience and operational support as part of the solution design.\n\nIdentify technical dependencies, constraints and risks early in the development lifecycle.\n\nEnsure solutions comply with established architecture, security, development and governance standards.\n\nProduce and maintain appropriate technical documentation.\n\nDevelopment & Delivery\nDesign, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using primarily Blue Prism and Power Automate.\n\nDevelop reliable, maintainable and reusable automation components.\n\nTake ownership of assigned automation projects throughout the full development lifecycle.\n\nApply strong development practices around exception handling, logging, configuration, credential management and error recovery.\n\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.\n\nSupport deployed automations and contribute to resolving production incidents, in collaboration with the support team.\n\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nBuild solutions with reliability, maintainability and supportability in mind.\n\nPerform appropriate unit and technical testing before solutions progress through the delivery lifecycle.\n\nParticipate in peer reviews and contribute constructively to improving solution quality.\n\nInvestigate automation failures and identify opportunities to prevent recurrence.\n\nContinuously improve existing solutions where opportunities exist to increase stability, performance or maintainability.\n\nContribute reusable components and good practices to the wider team.\n\nCollaboration\nWork closely with Product Owners, the Technical Leads, business stakeholders and other developers.\n\nParticipate actively in technical discussions related to your projects and clearly explain your design decisions.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nShare knowledge and experience with other team members.\n\nSupport less experienced developers when needed.\n\nWhat do you have to offer?\nAt least 6-8 years’ experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering complex, production-ready automation solutions.\n\nAbility to independently design the technical architecture of the solutions you implement.\n\nGood understanding of the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment and production support.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving and integration skills.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Power BI.\n\nRelevant RPA or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.\n\nExposure to AI or intelligent automation technologies.\n\nWhat do we have to offer?\nLeaves: the types of leave granted from day 1 (annual leave, study leave, maternity/paternity leave, wedding leave, compassionate leave).
