Working closely with implementation and development teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement of the HRnet solution while supporting a high-quality customer experience.\n\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented SQL Analyst who enjoys digging into data, understanding how systems behave, and solving real-world issues.\nThis role is ideal for someone who likes working close to production data, investigating inconsistencies, and figuring out why something isn’t working the way it should.\nYou'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by identifying, analysing and resolving data-related issues.\n\nWhat do we have to offer?\nLearning and development opportunities through professional training and continuous growth\n\nCareer development paths allowing you to deepen your expertise or broaden your skill set within SD Worx\n\nDynamic and collaborative working environment\n\nAttractive benefits package and hybrid working model\n\nSalary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.\n\nWhich tasks can you expect?\nInvestigating data inconsistencies and unexpected system behaviour\n\nWriting and optimising SQL queries to analyse and validate data\n\nDebugging issues directly in the database and identifying root causes\n\nOwn investigations end-to-end - from initial signal to root cause identification\n\nCollaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve problems\n\nTranslating technical findings into clear explanations\n\nProactively spotting patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement\n\nIdentify recurring patterns and suggest structural fixes, not just one-off solutions\n\nPerform data control and verification activities to maintain high data quality standards\n\nGuide customers through corrective actions and clearly communicate solutions in a professional manner\n\nCollaborate closely with implementation and development teams to resolve complex issues\n\nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers\n\nWhat do you have to offer?\nStrong working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, debugging queries), MS SQL is advantage\n\nComfort working directly with large datasets and relational databases\n\nA problem-solver mindset - you enjoy figuring out how things work and why they break\n\nAbility to investigate issues independently and connect the dots\n\nAttention to detail and persistence when dealing with complex problems\n\nGood communication skills - you can explain technical findings clearly\n\nFluent in Croatian/Serbian and English\n\nDesirable but not essential:\nExperience working with production systems or live environments\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, logs, or basic scripting\n\nUnderstanding of how applications interact with databases\n\nFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.\nSD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.
